We accept refunds on items purchased from Shop Miss Rose (SALE items may not be returned and are not refundable). Shipping and handling charges are not refundable, neither are return shipping costs. Packages that arrive COD will not be accepted.
If you are not completely satisfied with your item, you can send it back for a refund provided the items have not been worn, altered or washed. All tags and hygiene seals must be attached and items must be returned in original packaging. Footwear must be returned in the original shoebox, and shoeboxes must remain unmarked, undamaged and in original condition. (All refunds are subject to inspection of the items once the item is returned by you, and if shoeboxes are damaged, marked or missing you will be charged a shoebox fee.)
To claim a refund under this guarantee, you must return your package within 30 days of the purchase date. Any return received after 30 days from the purchase date will be refused.
NOTE: All returned merchandise must be accompanied by the Return Form included in your package with your order. GIFT CARDS are not refundable.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. The refund will only be given for the purchase price of the items and will be credited back via PayPal. We will process your refund upon the receipt of the returned item. – please allow up to 5 business days to see credit issued. If you haven't received your refund after this amount of time, please contact your banking institution as they may require some extra processing time. All returns must be sent to the address on the Return Form. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. We will not be held liable for the loss of any returned orders, and recommend using a registered postal service to return merchandise and keep a record of tracking details.
Under Australian Consumer Law, we are not required to provide a refund or replacement on final sale items if you change your mind. This includes a change of mind with regards to colour, size and fit.
